Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager

The Role

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Landscape Architect who can guide clients  confidently while delivering complex projects with discipline and care.

You will:

  • Lead residential landscape projects from design through delivery
  • Act as a steady, trusted point of contact for clients
  • Translate vision, constraints, and technical realities into clear decisions
  • Coordinate closely with construction and maintenance teams
  • Protect design intent while managing scope, schedule, and budget
  • Mentor designers and contribute to a culture of craft and care

What We’re Looking For

  • Accredited Landscape Architect with significant residential experience
  • Strong understanding of grading, drainage, detailing, and constructability
  • Proven ability to manage projects calmly and methodically
  • Comfort and confidence working directly with clients, guiding them through decisions with clarity and reassurance
  • Ability to build long-term client trust through thoughtful communication rather than persuasion
  • Clear communicator who translates complexity into clarity
  • Values ​​restraint, durability, and long-term performance over trend

The Role

As an Intermediate Landscape Architect, you will take growing responsibility for:

  • Design development and detailing
  • Client communication with guidance from senior staff
  • Coordination with construction and maintenance teams
  • Supporting junior designers

You will work with autonomy while continuing to refine your technical skills, judgment, and leadership presence.

  • Accredited or working toward accreditation
  • Solid experience in residential landscape design
  • Strong technical and graphic skills
